Another incredible year delivering much needed residential properties.

It has been another incredible year working with our clients to deliver much needed residential properties across the South. We have been so fully engaged that we have omitted to update our blog!

Once again we have delivered production phase information to various regions of Taylor Wimpey for around 900 new dwellings, both houses and apartments. These have been roughly split 50/50 between private development for sale and social/affordable units.

Our major Taylor Wimpey scheme has been two phases of Saxon Heights at Andover for Taylor Wimpey West London; those two phases alone amounting to close to 600 dwellings. We have now been working on Saxon Heights for over 10 years.

These phases are now on site but a selection of CGI images indicate the complex nature of the apartment buildings which will form an acoustic barrier between the development and an adjacent railway line.

Another of our long term projects for Taylor Wimpey West London has finally seen its last occupation. We first started on Queensacre, Church Crookham in 2009.

Our project for Taylor Wimpey Southern at Coast, Bournemouth has now been complete for a couple of years and has settled in nicely.

The project was a subject for a case study by the cladding manufacturer. The zinc utilised is a totally non-combustible material which is obviously a major consideration after Grenfell and was also selected for its ability to withstand the extreme maritime environment.

Our work at the Grade 2 Listed Leybourne Manor for Taylor Wimpey South Thames continues. The Manor House itself has now been fully stripped and stabilised and the whole structure has been underpinned.

The Stable yard buildings are well advanced and are ahead of the Manor in their refurbishment.

Our work on the new training centre and public wetlands park for Woking Gymnastics Club and Woking Borough Council has passed through production phase design during the year, with WADP acting as Lead Consultant, the project is now with Willmott Dixon for pricing and the anticipation is that work will start in the spring on this exciting project.

We start the new year with the exciting prospect of delivering the Gymnastics Centre and more residential schemes for Taylor Wimpey, Luxuria Developments and Antler Homes.
