WADP was founded over 25 years ago. Managing Director Jonathan Tolley BA(Hons) RIBA, joined the practice in 1987 and has been Principal since 2001.

WADP have a proven track record in all aspects of the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects, including residential, education, leisure and commercial.

 

We have dedicated teams to offer support to developers and private clients alike, able to deliver both large multi-unit residential schemes incorporating public open space, play and leisure facilities for the nation’s major housebuilders and a bespoke division concentrating on single dwellings of the highest quality.

Our bespoke house team can provide design services for all elements of the delivery of a high quality residence from initial planning through to interior design, colour styling, integration of modern servicing, Audio Visual networking etc.

WADP are Framework Consultants to four regions of Taylor Wimpey providing planning and production phase services on major housing schemes. As a practice we pride ourselves on the delivery of complex, multi-unit schemes accurately and on programme. On average we deliver production phase information for between 400 and 800 new dwellings each year.
