More delays in the planning process.
We are once again finding our projects are getting delayed in the planning process, and this is beginning to cause a real headache for ourselves and clients alike; it is increasingly difficult to plan resources to ensure smooth delivery on time.
Our estate housing team have just started a new project of 315 units for Taylor Wimpey South Thames, being phase 3 of their development at Prince Phillip Park, Bordon.
Our bespoke team has just received notice that planning has been granted for our luxury new house for a private client in Cranleigh, and we will now be looking to start detail design work ahead of the construction phase.
Our luxury house builder client Luxuria Developments Ltd finished their two new bespoke designs by Jonathan Tolley, continuing their hugely successful development at Old Woking Road, Woking. Both houses were sold immediately upon hitting the market at the asking price. Following on from that success we have recently submitted plans for three luxury houses in Marlow, and two new arts and craft style houses in Hook Heath for the same client, again both schemes being bespoke designs by Jonathan Tolley.
Our work at the Grade 2 listed Leybourne Manor for Taylor Wimpey continues.
Vacancy
We have an opportunity for a new member to join our team. The role would suit a Part 1 or 2 Architect or similar qualification. The successful applicant would be a key member of our small team working mainly within our estate housing team. The position would suit a recent graduate and full support would be given, however all levels of experience will be considered. This is a perfect opportunity to broaden your knowledge of construction and applicable regulations.
